We’re curious. What does being “immersed in nature” mean for you?
Everyone has a different idea about this concept.
We just spent a week in the Canadian Rockies — around Banff, Kananaskis Country and Canmore. Just driving around the area is a powerful experience. It’s as if our eyes are being gently massaged by the magnificent scenery.
Aquamarine glacial lakes and rivers, asymmetrical granite peaks, mountain wildflowers and wildlife provide a living meditation. It’s total rejuvenation and we realize that the weather conditions seem unimportant. If it’s chilly and raining, you choose different activities, but you’re still experiencing the peace and inspiration of your surroundings.
We don’t live a stressful life, but we can feel our bodies relax and our minds become clear as we hike and explore this spectacular environment. There is a healing simplicity in the mountains and it is our desire to share the essence of this experience with anyone who seeks this connection.
We’d love to hear from you. In what way do you connect with nature and what effect does it have on your life, your mind, your creativity and your spirit?
Here’s an image from Two Jack Lake in Banff National Park with Mount Rundle in the background.
We spent time in Kananaskis Country today. This awesome natural area in the Canadian Rockies is not as well known as its famous neighbor, Banff National Park.
But, it is definitely worth a visit if you’re into wildlife, unique jagged peaks, beautiful water features and hiking.
Right behind the place where we stay near Canmore, Alberta is a trail that leads to the Bow River. At any time of year this wonderful walk inspires a sense of awe and peace.
This has to be one of the most beautiful places on Earth! Moraine Lake is this magical aquamarine colored lake, nestled in the Valley of Ten Peaks in Banff National Park. The new Water Film below gives you a taste of this unbelievable setting.
The soundtrack is brand new music, named after the lake. You can download it here.

Our visit to some incredible North American national parks provided us with images, sounds and inspiration for new creative material.
We’re excited to share this latest Water Film with you, featuring the Heart Creek. There’s a nifty trail, nestled in the mountains outside of Banff National Park in Canada, that traces the path of crystal clear water.
The soundtrack is brand new music, named after the creek. You can download it here.
We just drove 35 hours in an RV with our cats, from Cleveland to Canmore, Alberta (in the Canadian Rockies). We did the drive in 2.5 days.
What a different experience to drive through all the places you miss when flying 30,000 feet above the Earth. I suppose a comparison would be walking through a neighborhood to observe the details, as opposed to driving past with your eyes on the road.
Anyway, here are a few photos from our first day along the beautiful Bow River. Up to the minute images are available on our Facebook page (click here to follow the journey).

Here’s another new relaxing Water Film to share with you called, “High Lake.” There is this stunning lake, nestled in the Canadian Rockies of Alberta, high above the infamous Lake Louise. It is named Lake Agnes. The spot is so peaceful and magical that one is instantly transformed in its presence. There is a lovely tea house that overlooks the lake which sits at around 6,500 feet. The aerobic 75 minute uphill hike is quickly forgotten when you rest on the shore of this pristine lake.
We recommend turning on your external computer speakers or putting on some nice headphones to get the full effect of the deep, resonant tones mixed with the natural sounds.
